1. Scope and who this applies to

Applicable laws
For processing carried out by our QFC-registered entity, we comply with the QFC Data Protection Regulations & Rules 2021.
Where we process personal data onshore in the State of Qatar, we comply with Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy (PDPPL) and related guidance.
If another law provides stronger protection (e.g., GDPR where applicable), we will apply the stronger standard.

Identity & contact: name, job title, employer, business address, email, phone.
Professional context: industry, responsibility area, purchase interests, meeting notes.
Account & usage: login details (hashed), preferences, support records.
Technical: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, referral source, cookie identifiers.
Marketing: your consents and preferences.
Recruitment: CV/résumé, cover letter, interview notes, references.
Special category data: we do not intentionally collect sensitive data. Where required (e.g., employment purposes), we will only process such data if permitted by law and with appropriate approvals.

Legal bases (PDPPL): consent, or necessity for a Lawful Purpose. Direct marketing requires prior consent.

Marketing consents: up to 3 years after last interaction
Contracts/finance: 7 years
Recruitment: 6 months (unless consented for talent pool)

Depending on the regime, you may have rights to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and to withdraw consent. We will not make decisions based solely on automated processing without safeguards.
